How can we navigate a world that is always changing? How can we transform disorientation and a loss of points of reference? Luigi Zoia, author of “Cadere sette volte… rialzarsi otto,” will discuss these topics during a workshop on self-empowerment and transformational awareness.

The digital revolution, political instability, economic uncertainty, a loss of traditional values: these are all factors that have led to a deep-seated cultural crisis in Western society in recent years, at both a collective and an individual level.

How can we move within this new reality? Can new points of reference be identified that help up find the right way in a world defined by uncertainty?

Change, which manifests at a professional level or in the private sphere, can be managed. What’s more, it can also be transformed into a great opportunity.

How? By abandoning all our pre-established beliefs that affect our perception of reality and by leaving our comfort zone.

Luigi Zoia will examine the tools that can be used to gain self-awareness, identify alternative approaches to contemporary professional challenges and develop new strategies for professional repositioning during this self-empowerment workshop.

Hear what past participants have to say:

“It allows you to move forward in your self-realization.”

“A great example of the ability for transformation and change.”

“This is an unexpected experience, to change the way you think and take on a leading role.”

“A surprising, very profound experience, that allows you to expand your horizons and enrich your development with the skills of the future. It teaches you to get in touch with your most intimate self and choose your goals consciously and functionally. It also gives you the tools needed to stay balanced and stand firm in an increasingly dynamic, unstable and uncertain world.”
